@quibbed There’s a procedure that can practically cure it, where they snip the tendon causing the inflammation or smth. Only an option for insurance tho. There’s also kt tape you can apply to stabilize ur wrist, I use that when mine acts up and it helps it heal faster

@cowbitchblues I set a loud alarm clock (not phone) across the room so I have to get up and turn it off bc I find that if I set it on my phone I will put my phone under a pillow or my body to make it be quiet while I’m asleep 😭
