@JVMonte2 I don’t particularly like or dislike them, but I saw Korn open for Ozzy in 1995 I think. Korn is probably the most famous today of the opening acts I saw in the 1990s.
@sabbathfans Yep, it’s pretty bad. But it’s grown on me since the Deep Purple Podcast episode on Slaves and Masters. The song still sucks, who am I kidding.
@Jeff_Davis1808 Thank you for your kinds words, Mr. President. It’s been an honor and a privilege, and an profound education being one of your earliest followers.
Felicitations are in order!
Happy birthday to our greatest president, war hero and statesmen (and so much more); my friend, our friend, @Jeff_Davis1808
Thank you for all that you freely share, Mr. President.
@ThisDayInMETAL Fantastic album. I was and remain a firm fan of the Blaze years, and I admit to wanting more albums from that line up, but we were all excited about Bruce’s return and this album is a Perfect Strangers level comeback album.
@mitchlafon I can’t think of any song that I used to like but now annoys me. My taste in music hasn’t really evolved in the last 40 years or so. However, I need to listen to more Skynyrd. It’s been a while. I actually like their newer stuff a lot too.
@mitchlafon@nightranger Exactly. I’ve actually never seen them live before, but my bud since 7th grade saw them with Journey and said they “stole the show.” I think it was the Somewhere In California tour. My older brother was good friends with the son of their manager in the 1980s.
@mitchlafon@nightranger Yes, indeed. One of the “legacy bands” that is still making excellent music that rivals and in some cases surpasses their “classic” years.
