I have such a soft spot for Højlund I really wanted it to work out for him with us🥺
Happy to see him enjoying his football again over in Italy though- wishing him all the best❤️ #MUFC
Personally I think this is fantastic business as the first deal of the window! Will need more incomings of course but to see “fans” on here already slagging players off before they’ve even kicked a ball for us is just weird to me. Just get behind our players it isn’t hard. #MUFC
Manchester United have agreed a £35m (40.5m euros) deal with Atalanta for Ederson 💰
The midfielder will sign a four-year deal at the club subject to a medical, with the option to extend it by a further 12 months ✍
@itsCarrickYouNo Exactly that! I think there will definitely be other midfield incomings alongside for sure but I think this is a great piece of business to start with! Sometimes the marquee signings don’t live up to all they think they will anyway!
@mikeboycey I didn’t know they only paid that for him in all honesty haha! Knowing that and talking to people I would probably say £50m is a doable deal!
@Unitedsteve23 It appears I wouldn’t get any jobs in recruitment with my pricing haha! Think having had conversations with people £50m is probably a better ballpark for price!
@LJoe140404 100% completely agree with you! Think everything feels positive at this stage and building on from last year’s transfers and the second half of the season performances feels like things are heading in the right direction!
@LJoe140404 Don’t think I’d be a getting a job as an agent or in recruitment anytime soon with my pricing haha! I think he will definitely push for a move and they are in need of the money too so can’t see why a deal couldn’t be made
@LJoe140404 Seems I am in the minority in terms of price haha maybe I’m a bit harsh with price tags haha but regardless of whether you think it’s more than £40m we definitely can’t be paying £80m!
Arsenal and Chelsea were the teams who benefitted most from VAR errors this season according to data from the Premier League’s key match incidents (KMI) panel.
