I think when you’re transitioning from being a people pleaser into someone with more boundaries it can feel so weird – it's hard to tell if you’re being mean or if you’re actually just respecting your own feelings, because you’re so used to putting other people's feelings first.
Relationships are so beautiful when you and your partner are actually good friends. You show up together, share inside jokes, talk openly, have fun, and give out best friend energy. They shouldn’t replace your actual friends but it’s amazing when the dynamic isn't just romantic.
Only thing I hate about falling out with people is the version of their story they go tell 😭 cous ima tell the whole truth even the part that make me look bad but people be LYING, telling half stories cous they need sympathy.
