@joellatto From what we can tell from our initial assessment, access to indexed data was limited. Due to the time-window available for access, one cannot simply download 26b records overnight.
All data indexed is publicly available, however 7 years of formatting and processing is not...

Update: Initial access was gained sometime around the start of December, due to a misconfigured server allowing IPv6 access to our "hot" cluster.
