Update: I finally got my passport after 20 working days! The constant pleading in text messages and the calls that were not picked up still worked as my passport was tagged SUPER URGENT. I asked the QRS delivery man why did it take so long, he said,"TAMBAK PO ANG PASSPORT DUN."🤷🏻‍♀️

@teddyboylocsin Serves them right as they ruined the effort of DFA staff to give the people a better service for passport renewal. For me, everything was excellent from booking my appointment to my passport renewal of 30 minutes, then QRS comes along 😅😅😅

So what I did is I confirmed with DFA that they released my passport to the courier, then tsaka ko ginulo ung QRS because of course I'll believe DFA more.

@MatikasSantos @DFAPHL @teddyboylocsin I had the same horror story last month. I was thinking if it's already okay to declare lost passport 😅 and just apply for a new one in a regular DFA consular office where I can just pick it up, will never renew via courier again 😔
