Irresistible urge to make pasta today. It’s far less time-consuming than people think. This is about 15mins work, including chilling the dough. Simple with asparagus, butter, salt & pepper.
I’ve been experimenting with an air fryer (like the ones on the telly). Have to say I’m impressed so far. Salmon in 5 minutes!
