Our Wellbeing Walks provide a safe space for people to connect, socialise, and enjoy some fresh air, with trained walkers available to support.

👕 A Crowdfunder campaign will go live on Monday, 23 March, giving supporters the opportunity to win player-issue warm-up shirts from Foundation Fixture.
Entries start from just £5, with winners to be drawn at random following the conclusion of the campaign.
A small number of shirts will also be available to bid on through MatchWornShirt.
💙 Participants from across the Foundation's disability provision were invited to take part in inclusive matchday experiences at @IpswichTown's game against Swansea on Saturday.

The participants have been wearing their kit at tournaments, fixtures, and at training sessions.

Both projects are supported by the Premier League and PFA, and support families in high-need areas of Ipswich.
