2. Grief of the loss of 3 of our little ones. Many tears. Growth and friendships made. Facilitating little ones how to respectfully negotiate disagreements. Because there isnt enough respectfull communitcation in this world. Most of all love and pride how the students have grown.

1. One more yr down. Hands held, noses, tears wipped, reassurances given that parent will indeed return and pick them up. Scrapped knees patched, fears faced. Assurances given that its ok to have those big feelings, differing strategies given to choose which one suits best.
