As a DC9 union painter with 30+ years in coatings, I’m looking at the failure not a conspiracy theory.
When a coating is lifting off in large sheets like this, that points to an adhesion failure: improper surface preparation, contamination left behind, the wrong coating system, poor recoat timing, or water introduced before the system fully cured.

A quality two-part epoxy system can perform well but the product is only as good as the prep and application. The substrate has to be properly profiled/cleaned, the specified primer or first coat applied correctly, recoat windows followed, and the full system allowed to cure before being put back into service.

That is not “vandals.” That is a coating failure that deserves a real independent inspection and an explanation of exactly what system was specified and how it was applied.

@one_miloo 1st of all, this is USA one of the very few still use miles. 1 cubic yard = 3'x3'x3'=27 cubic feet, to fill 81 square feet with 4" high (height of a 2x4 is 3.5") equals (1/3)', 81x(1/3)=27. From 3.5" to 4" you raise up 1/2", 81/24=3.375 cubic feet EXTRA instead of short

In September 1946, Albert Einstein called racısm America’s “worst disease.” Earlier that year, he told students and faculty at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, the oldest Black college in the Western world, that racial segregation was “not a disease of colored people, but a dısease of whıte people, adding, “I will not remain silent about it.”

When Albert Einstein moved to America, he was disappointed to see how Black people were being treated. Even in his new hometown of Princeton, he observed separation of the whıte and bIack societies. Einstein thought of segregation as “unacceptable.”

Albert Einstein rarely accepted honorary doctorates but he did so for Lincoln University, a small historically Black college in Pennsylvania in 1946. He also gave a lecture before a small group of students who are seen with him in the photo. Also taught Black university students but the press didn't like to publicise it as the idea of educated equal Black people scared the establishment.

This is my pest control guy.

Older Italian guy. Been in the business for 35+ years.

Zero branding.

Spends $0 on advertising, all word of mouth and turns away hundreds of clients a year.

Does pest control for all the high end homes in my market.

Doesn’t want employees to manage.

He is booking weeks out and does 8-10 jobs a day at $250-$400 each job. That’s roughly $15k a week.

In the winters he goes to his other house in Florida and turns off his phone.

He wears ripped clothes (usually a white wife beater tank top) and has an older truck that has tape holding it together.

He probably makes over $350k a year, does a better job than anyone in the area and always guarantees his kill.

This is a great business man that lives a simple life. One of the happiest and kindest guys I know.

Not showy, makes great money for the area but no one would ever know. Great guy to talk to as well.

Business done right.
