@Sgt_bruce1 is a scammer. Do not fall for his lies. He promised he would recover my hacked facebook account in 2 days for $150 and there would be no extra fees or charges. A day after I paid him he said it would cost another $80. A day later he asked for another $50. Total scam

Is there any way to get someone at @facebook to help recover a hacked account? All of the automated recovery processes do not work. The hacker has spent thousands of dollars on my Facebook Ads account and I cannot access the dozens of Buinsess Pages I manage. PLEASE HELP

@Meta @peacock @theofficetv @nbcsnl @BelAirPeacock @MLB @Meta allowed a criminal to take over my account and charge thousands of dollars on my linked credit cards. And now refuses to help me recover my account.

I sent the filing number of my official police report to @Meta hoping that they would at least cooperate with law enforcement to look into the credit card fraud and attempted identity theft that happened on @Meta, but nope, they just ignored it. No response. Nothing.

Asking @Meta for help is useless. If you ever manage to get through to a person, they just send you to another link that does not work.

@Meta when trying to recover my account from a hacker, I was informed that the 2 step verification I had always used (code generator) is no longer accepted, so I'm locked out of my own account while a criminal has no problem accessing my account and linked credit cards.

I woke up early in the morning to several email alerts from @Meta asking if I had made changes to my account. Even though I was not the one making the changes, @Meta allowed it to happen anyway and when I clicked "this was not me" the recovery process glitched. Locking me out.

@Meta did not think it was suspicious when a new device logged into my account, removed the primary and backup email, removed the phone number, and changed the password. Now I can't get back into my account.

It is impossible to communicate with a human at @Meta otherwise it would be super easy to get back into my hacked account
