🚨TCS Variable Pay Reality - Why you never get full 12% Amount Promised

TCS variable = Biggest CTC illusion.

My friend's 4 Year Data:

Promised: 12% of CTC
How it Works: Company performance x Individual rating

Actual Payouts:
- Year 1: 8% (company 70%)
- Year 2: 10% (good year)
- Year 3: 6% (COVID impact)
- Year 4: 9% average

Average - 8.25% not 12%

Ex: ₹7L CTC, 12% = ₹84K Promised
Reality: ₹58K average payout ₹26K less annually!

Advice: Budget assuming 70% variable payout.
Ask HR: "What was avg variable % last 3 years?" Get real numbers

తను ప్లాటుఫారం టికెట్ కొనుక్కుని స్టేషన్ లోపలికి వెళ్ళాడు

ట్రైన్ ఆలస్యం గా వచ్చింది : 5 గంటలకి

తను స్టేషన్ నుండి బయటికి వెళ్తున్నప్పుడు TC ఆపి చెక్ చేస్తే - తన ప్లాటుఫారం టికెట్ టైం (2 గంటలు ) అయిపొయింది కాబట్టి - TC అతనికి 500/- రూపాయలు ఫైన్ వేసాడు

ఆ కుర్రాడు వాదన :

నా ప్లాటుఫారం టికెట్ టైం అయిపోతుంది - కాబట్టి నాకు ఫైన్ వేశారు - నేను కట్టాను

మరీ ట్రైన్ 5 గంటలు లేట్ అయ్యింది కాదా - దీనికి రైల్వే ఏమి సమాధానం చెప్తుంది అని ప్రశ్న
