Lisa Roskens

Faith, family, friends, fun, reading, writing & teaching are my passions. I am also the adviser to @ENO_PHS. 🦅 This is my personal account. Views are my own.

[Lisa Roskens @LearningWithMe]

My @ProsperHS @ENO_PHS newspaper students inspire me more every day. They worked hard to claim the first spot in the nation to earn all of the Student Newspapers Online Distinguished Site badges. They did it! That signals they’re working the excellence for @ProsperISD readers.

Hey beautiful friends, I have to show how some of you recognized my beautiful husband last weekend. (I shared this video to our granddaughter, and she said: “Wow, they had a fancy-glass party for Pa Larry!” ) Thank you, Texas Association of Journalism Educators and @ProsperHS.

[Lisa Roskens @LearningWithMe]

My students and I appreciate you, Mr. @JimmyFrideley! This note truly holds the correct spelling. The artistic, personal font carries may carry more love than clarity, though. 🥹

[Eagle Nation Online @ENO_PHS]

Happy Assistant Principal week @JimmyFrideley! Thank you for your above-and-beyond support of the stories of Prosper Eagles being heard.

Yes! Tori could be on anyone’s student of the quarter. Ms. Trujillo stole my anticipated pick for this coming quarter. Tori exemplifies all of our #THEship values. I Love this @ENO_PHS journalist and this principal who inspires our @ProsperHS students.

[Paige Trujillo @Paige_Trujillo_]

My student of the quarter representing “Honor Commitments” is Tori!!!

She is committed to multiple groups across campus, and does them all at an exceptional level. For example: interviewed me at football for ENO while dressed in her band attire 🏴‍☠️💪

Keep it up, Tori!!

“Where did you get that shirt?!”

The question I get any time I wear a custom piece designed by our incredible students & the one and only @Swanson_FCS 🤩🥹

I am always so proud to say “OUR FASHION STUDENTS MADE IT!”. And by say, I mean shout.

Our fashion crew is killing it!
