My wife got her nails done & asked the owner how many people visit during weekends? Avg is 350 & Avg ticket price $100 = $35k in sales, $140k a month.
Another $20k during week, $80k monthly & the salon earns $220k a month. Their rent is $10k monthly, we call that a Cash Cow!

@HealthcareREguy 4 years leasing deal- large national tenant with many contingencies slowed down by permits, hiccups, etc.

Called the commission my 401K after receiving half when it closed and the second half 9 months later.

4 years, nine months to get full compensation, quick process lol!

In CA this kills many deals. The amount of red tape to get a permit is insane. Combine this with the 4th biggest GDP in the world & all you can do is imagine the results a pro-business state would unearth!
