Fumare Reduction: A little water dials up the smoke on the nose, while the palate gets sweeter with more of the cough candy
Summary: Delicious, right up my street and scores a 5/5! My favourite dram of the evening

Fumare Palate: creamy and barbecued; lemon syllabub, herbal cough candy, barbecued scallops in lemon butter. Fades into a nice creamy and lemony finish, quite delicious!
