if we’re happy to have men and women sit together (and thereby do away with millenia of Biblical OT and NT practice) then no reason we can’t have children separated for a little bit so adults can hear the Word without disturbance and without it being cut short.
@resisfertile in the Jerusalem Church women and men would sit separately and young children would prob not even be allowed inside as was the norm in Synagogues (which was their culture).
Jesus Christ would also never have preached at a synagogue with children present.
