As a business owner if I Don't like to refund but do my best to deliver at the agreed timeline. But if I don't and a refund is the most realistic resolution I do it without bating an eye.

Customer relationship is very important, be truthful as a business owner it won't kill u.

This story time i just watched on TikTok 🔥🔥
Someone paid for a dress, and after the vendor confirmed payment, she suddenly said the dress was no longer available.

The customer asked for a refund.

The vendor refused.

Plot twist: the customer is a lawyer.

She sent a petition to the Police and the FCCPC, then sent the vendor the petition with her Instagram profile that clearly showed she was a lawyer.

The vendor immediately refunded the money and apologized claiming it was her staff.

The customer replied that an apology alone wouldn’t end the matter and that she should pay 500k for damages.

The vendor thought she was bluffing.

The vendor sha ended up sending her the 500K

My husband bought me a this pack of pàd two months ago and said it should last for six months. I didn't argué becàuse I knew it wouldn't.

This morning, he noticed there weren't many left and got upsett. He said I don't know how to manage things and that he won't buy another pack for the next three months.

How can I make him understand that this isn't wast£fulness but a genuine need, how long does this pack of pàd last for you mummies?
