It’s a shame a wedge has been driven between academics and Ripperologists as a joint approach would bring greater understanding of the women and their lives.

@GoldenHelikaon @JamesHalcrow Suppose. However it depends on the attitude of the person coming in with that new outlook and their attempts towards belittle said Ripperologists. Some historians, in my experience, hold a superiority complex which doesn’t help.
