Today, Ukraine’s new Government, headed by Sergii Koretskyi, began its work. His strength lies specifically in his work at state-owned energy companies. He came to Ukrnafta and changed the company’s processes after oligarchic control. Thanks to Sergii, Ukrnafta began truly working for our state. Naftogaz made it through a difficult winter, and despite all the Russian strikes, Ukraine remained supplied with gas.
It is essential to be fully prepared for the next winter. Of course, we are investing as much as possible in Ukraine’s long-range capabilities and in our mid-range strikes to make it as difficult as possible for Russia to expand its offensive against Ukraine and drag out this war.
But whatever the scenario, Ukraine must be fully prepared to protect lives and its people and ensure that we make it through the winter. This is the main shared Ukrainian task for the new Government. There will also be changes in our work with partners – agreements should be implemented faster.
🇹🇷🇺🇦 Zelensky: Met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Hakan Fidan and awarded him the Order of Merit, 2nd degree.
I am grateful to Turkey and the Minister personally for their work to bring peace closer. Today we discussed the situation in diplomacy and steps that can intensify work to achieve peace.
We expect that the trade turnover between our countries will only increase.
🇪🇺🇺🇦🏅 Zelensky awarded Ursula von der Leyen with the Order of Europe
"This is an award that no one can cancel or take away, because Ukraine's word is firm," Zelensky said.
🇫🇮 Finnish President Alexander Stubb says that if it were entirely up to him, Ukraine would join NATO immediately.🇺🇦
Do you agree with his position?
A) Yes 🟢
B) No 🔴
Our warriors are carrying out the long-range sanctions plan in response to Russia dragging out the war and continuing its attacks. Recent days saw important successful strikes on facilities supporting Russia's oil sector and sustaining its war policy.
SSU warriors struck two oil depots – one in Stavropol and the other in Tver. Both are about 500 kilometers from the front line. Units of Ukraine's Defense Forces also struck a reserve fuel storage facility located about 800 kilometers from the front. An oil pumping station in Russia's Ufa, nearly 1,500 kilometers from our border, also came under sanctions. An oil loading terminal in the Rostov region, about 200 kilometers from the front line, was sanctioned as well.
I thank all our warriors who make results like these possible every single day. We offered Russia a way to end this war long ago, and every day it chooses to prolong it should bring the reality of war back to where it began – to Russia.
Trump: Would you go to Moscow?
Zelensky: It's difficult. There are a lot of Ukrainian drones there. It's dangerous
Absolute banger, it's legendary to be speaking with former BEST Ukrainian commedian 🤣🤣🤣
🇺🇸🇺🇦❗️Trump has improved his attitude toward Ukraine and Zelenskyy due to Kyiv's success in producing and using drones, but is not prepared to increase support for Kyiv or exert significant pressure on Moscow, — Bloomberg
I spoke with German Chancellor Merz @bundeskanzler. I’m grateful for the support and assistance to our people and our country. Germany is one of the world's leaders in protecting lives, and we deeply value that.
The key priority now is missiles for the Patriot systems – to protect our people from Russian ballistic attacks. That was the main focus of our conversation: the possibility of supplying our Patriot systems with the missiles we need, because Russia is making its final bet on missile strikes against Ukraine. It has no other options for dragging out the war.
The Chancellor and I also discussed the situation on the front lines. I briefed him on the latest developments and our results. Now, on the eve of America's Independence Day, Putin has chosen to lie to the world and to the President of the United States about the situation on the front. He claims that Russian forces have supposedly captured Kostiantynivka in the Donbas. Of course, that is not true. It is just another Russian lie, an attempt to generate some kind of a news story. If Kostiantynivka were under Russian control, then perhaps Putin would have no problem meeting me there to find a diplomatic way to finally end this war. But the fact is, he won't cross the front line – reality is very different from Putin’s words.
Thank you to all our warriors for defending Ukraine and our people. Thank you, Germany! Thank you to everyone who stands with Ukraine!
Last night, our Ukrainian long-range sanctions against Russia over this war reached targets near St. Petersburg. Ukraine's Defense Forces struck port oil infrastructure that generates revenue for Russia's war, and there were also successful strikes on Kronstadt – an important military target. The distance from Ukraine's state border is more than 850 kilometers.
My thanks to everyone who is ensuring Ukraine's precision and carrying out our long-range sanctions plan. Glory to Ukraine!
Today, we have information about another massive Russian strike – we have relevant intelligence data. And immediately after this conversation, I am returning to Ukraine.
Today, I ask our people in Ukraine to be especially careful – stay safe and protect your families and children – be sure to take shelter and pay attention to air-raid alerts in Ukraine. We know that Putin has been preparing a massive strike against Ukraine for some time. That is exactly the threat we are facing tonight.
Russia’s head is completely refusing to end the war. And although through all possible official and unofficial channels – including through people close to him – we have conveyed that the war can and must be ended, and that we in Ukraine are ready for meetings and meaningful negotiations, he sees only further aggression against Ukraine and against other neighbors and Europe as a whole.
I said this during a joint press conference with the Taoiseach of Ireland, Micheál Martin.
🇫🇷🇺🇦 Do you believe Emmanuel Macron and Volodymyr Zelenskyy should be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for their efforts on the international stage?
A) Yes 👍
B) No 👎

President of Honduras Nasry Asfura began his first visit to Ukraine by honoring the memory of fallen Ukrainian warriors. This is a significant gesture of respect for our people who gave their lives for Ukraine, for freedom and peace. We value this support, solidarity with our people, and understanding of what Ukraine is enduring today.
Eternal memory and gratitude to all our defenders who fell defending Ukraine against Russian aggression.
We held the UDCG meeting and received confirmation from nine countries regarding their contributions to the PURL program. These are missiles for Patriot systems worth more than $1 billion. The EU will step up sanctions – this is unanimous. The EU stands united – they're doing a great job. And, by the by, we've done a lot to achieve this, as our partners also acknowledge. We agreed on additional F-16s; we urgently need to train pilots.
Putin doesn’t want to stop, and all his talk about seeking peace is nothing but lies. All partners, all Europeans, feel this. But everyone is confident that together we will stop him. There are two key points: together, and we will stop him.
We need air defense and money for the army. Our partners agree – we will all work on this.
