Most advice on X is outdated.

I scaled from 0 → $20K/mo in the last 6 months.

And I've been testing new strategies like crazy.

Here's 9 rules you need to know:

1. The best way to monetize is by talking to more people. Conversions happen in conversations.

2. Your offer needs to be special. You can't just promise people a couple followers anymore.

3. Inbound is delicious - but it only comes with time.

If you want to scale quickly, do warm outbound.

4. You need to build a community. Audience isn't enough anymore.

5. Shift from "how to" to "how I."

6. You need more volume. Quantity will lead to quality.

7. Share your story. People will buy because of you.

8. Leverage isn't everything. At the start, you need to focus on the things that don't scale.

9. Stop being desperate. You'll find your dream clients eventually. Be patient, keep building, keep learning, and good things will come.
