Chase funded Potbelly and Ruth’s Chris Steak House with sizable loans under the Paycheck Protection Program. Real small businesses got left behind. LEAVE CHASE
@Chase has decided to side with big business not small businesses that keep America running. As small business owners, we have a voice. Tell your stories here. How has Chase failed your business?
I am so disappointed in @Chase bank. Horrible customer service. Insanely long wait times with connection to agents who don't know how to resolve issues created by Chase. May be time for a new bank.
@maxskip1 It’s been bad for the past 8 weeks and the bank is failing. Like a ship going down. The pressure of the crisis is making the seams starting to come apart. We recommend leaving @Chase and finding a local bank with great customer service who will take care of you.
@BettytemmyBetty Don’t do it! Don’t reopen it. Find a local bank with great customer service! @Chase just can’t operate in this new normal we are living.
@LeavingChase@Chase Typical story.... applied day 1, minute 1, never heard a word until 5 days after money was gone. Sat on hold for 5+ hours with no answers given. @Chase@ChaseforBiz Downright evil. Applied with small bank 2nd time, lots of calls, help, approved day 1!
#ChaseBank#PPPloan Its so obvious now that Chase has funded the money of the PPP to their important big clients. Me and 10 of my friends who actually applied for PPP within the first hour of its launch did not receive a penny. We request investigation on Chase.
1. The Paycheck Protection Program was supposed to support struggling SMALL BUSINESSES
But a Popular Information investigation, based on hundreds of recent SEC filings, found 32 companies that pay their CEOs $1 MILLION OR MORE that scooped up PPP funds

@SRuhle@ChaseforBiz just emailed me be prepared Money this round will run out quickly and I’ll probably not get any. Great email - first I got from them since 4/8 🤦🏻♀️
Why are SO many businesses who don’t appear to be hurting taking #PPP $?
Take a GOOD look at what is really happening...the economy is hanging on by a thread.
Almost everything could be crushed in the not-so-distant future.
29 public companies have disclosed receiving PPP loans through @Chase The loans totaled $141 million and averaged $5 million each, according to regulatory filings. They included a $20 million loan to Ruth’s Hospitality and a $10 million loan to Potbelly.
The government let banks dole out small business relief funds.
On a little $10,000 loan for a small biz, banks made $500. On the max $10M loan, banks made $100,000.
Coincidentally, JPMorgan approved 99% of big business loans and 6% of small biz loans

How the small business bailout program works:
JPMorgan Chase has a special VIP unit for big-business clients. It approved funding for virtually every one that applied.
Small businesses were left to deal with regular customer service. 94% were rejected

Disgusting! @Chasewe are watching closely to make sure you do the right thing in finding actual small businesses without access to other credit lines. #fraud#ppploans#SaveSmallBusiness https://t.co/kgy9hiLmkN
