Sunderland are obviously our main rivals and only derby, but who do people consider our “second rivals”?
I don’t care how much it’s reciprocated by the opposition. Gave four options based on what I’ve heard people say.
@ToonPolls 📊
@OfficialVizeh He’s been very good in his time for Newcastle. More recently, in 23/24 while Pope was injured he looked way past it and thought he was done, but in 24/25 when Pope was injured again he was actually very good consistently, which surprised me after the season before. Still good.
@ToonPolls I know this isn’t what this is about, but similarly, I’m always confused why people get arsey when you retweet a poll and have people vote for the Newcastle option they think, “ruining the poll”.
Was the point of their poll not for people to vote for the option they wanted 🤣
@ToonPolls@SkyBet Absolutely bizarre poll results (the Sky ones). I’ve seen us qualify for Champions League, I loved it, lived it. But my granda was the last person in my family to see us win owt. I’d give so much for me and my dad to watch us lift owt.
@SkySportsNews This is blatantly false. These are average games for mistakes they ADMIT they got wrong and send those pathetic apologies for, anyone who watches knows that they get plenty more wrong that they never admit to.
@Magpie24_7 If he wouldn’t be homesick now he’s older I think he’d genuinely be a good player for us. People don’t realise because he’s not played in a league that can easily be watched in England but he’s been good for Real Sociedad and played for Spain a fair bit last few years
@OfficialVizeh I think there’s a distinction to be made between people who could go but have no interest in going and people who’d love to go but can’t for financial or other reasons. It depends on circumstances a lot of the time but you can often tell if someone is a good fan or not regardless
Ahead of our League Cup semi final, would you take us winning the League Cup this season if it meant Sunderland would go on to win the FA Cup? 😬 #NUFC@ToonPolls
