When she came out, staff found blood throughout the bathroom, and a custodian later discovered her newborn baby inside a trash can

The medical examiner later ruled the baby's death a homicide

Now, New Mexico's Supreme Court has ruled that Trevizo's statements inside the hospital, along with surveillance footage and police body camera video...
