@manduck108 @herechigoes depends on his mental. In a literal sense his Achilles will be physically 100% healed. But mentally the thought of that tear is the issue. If he has already overcame that hurdle he’ll be fine. If not he might need a sports psychologist.

Every paycheck disperse it into checking, saving and investments. This seems achievable for the avg person. Thoughts?
