It is likely that each OEM is going to have to gather the data for themselves. The wire and cable producers will do testing to support their component verification, but they are unable to verify performance on each configuration.
One lesson is that the high voltage component longevity cannot be assumed. Tests show accelerated voltage aging of standard aircraft wires, even with the voltage below corona inception/extinction voltages.
The HV wires for aircraft are probably closer to motor windings versus HV utility industry. They have to be light, thin, and a range of voltage/currents. While aerospace can learn a lot from the utility industry and their management of HV, there is still a lot to learn
High voltage wiring systems cannot simply rely on the past performance requirements to address arc tracking resistance testing. Addressing it requires rethinking what the test means at both the component and system levels.

The electric aircraft market is growing incredibly fast to the point that component manufacturers are having a hard time fielding test solutions for aircraft.
Thankfully, Lectromec's lab can perform testing with elevated temperature, reduced pressure, and high voltage.
Until wireless transmission of power is reliable enough for use on aircraft, there will always be wires and guides on how to install them.
