Today marked my last day volunteering at Belvedere Court in Wolverhampton. This is a residential care home for those with mental health issues. I really enjoyed building a rapport with the service users and staff and understanding the challenges people face.
Today a large number of our Nepalese students were celebrating Dashain. This is a celebration of good over evil in Hinduism. We took time out of our lesson to recognise this celebration and appreciate cultural differences. @DebbieHocknull@godwin4705@UCBofficial
