美国拜登政府要关闭line5输油管道，此举将严重影响加拿大能源出口收入及东部燃油供应，导致加拿大失去近3000个工作岗位，间接失去14000个岗位，对加方经济影响很大。而且在拜登刚上任的第1天，就已经下令关闭了另外一条重要的“拱心石”管道。
