At the end of the web form, it informs you to call the surgery.

You call and first thing they ask is "Did you try using the website?"

Wonder how many will change their minds when a fractured service means less customers, less demand and a need for redundancy!!!

@sophiefloating When you compare the COVID vaccine programme to other vaccine programmes, we were always going to get something wrong. But, as per usual, it was a political stunt to show action, rather than real science. If not, why do we still not have vaccines to other illnesses after decades?
