Today I learned about the intake process and how it has to be thorough to help the assessment worker with their case.

It was informative learning about the other typoligies of sexual abuse and mental injury. Also learning about the indicators and dynamics.

Today was alot to process, but I learned about maltreatment and about the indicators and dynamics of physical abuse and neglect.

I learned today that culture is a huge part of what we do at DSS and differences can't deter us from providing them with services.
