@AmazonHelp I was sent a standard email from account specialist saying an unauthorised party may have accessed my account. The same email I received previously when my account got hacked and I had to wait 4 weeks for anything to be done.

@AmazonHelp I did for the previous incident which got sorted last week but have now been hacked again today and rang customer services.
