@lyft @AskLyft - long time rider. requested a priority ride at the airport because the app said 5m wait. after connecting to a driver, the wait time was 15m (3x the marketed time). i cancelled, but lyft had the audacity to charge me a cancellation fee. requesting a fee refund!
