“I wish I could make everyone in Louisville see this post, but this group is the next best:

We were a group of 4 who travelled all of the way from Newfoundland and Yellowknife Canada for this festival with absolutely zero idea of what to expect.

I know there have been some complaints, but we were amazed at how well planned, clean, friendly and awesome it was.

The performers were AMAZING, the food was delicious and the booze great.

As Canadians we basically melted all 4 days in the hot sun but that did not ruin anything.

I have never been around people so kind in my life. And I am not only talking about the festival, but in Louisville in general.

In every store, bar or restaurant we were treated with nothing but smiles, our Uber driver gave us his number to message him if we wanted to know anything about the area, the sweetest older man saved us a spot to park in his driveway every night, complete strangers gave us some of the best recommendations.

People we stood next to for certain performances felt like friends by the time the set was over.

We were invited to share tables, people listened to our (probably annoying) questions about alligators and tornadoes and 'how far is that in kms?' and were always so polite and friendly.

The entire vibe was just so amazing.

Thanks to everyone and we hope to be back again for another great time!”
