The Jockey Club’s monopoly at the front end through the registry, and in daily operations through Equibase, locks out competition and controls essential facilities no one in the industry can avoid. This isn’t just unfair but also a textbook Sherman Act challenge waiting to be made…

You can find twitch streams from a 20 something’s basement with more entertainment value. There is not enough there to attract eyeballs. Racing is at its Cretaceous–Paleogene moment.
