중국 바닷가 도시로 이른 여름휴가를 가서 두리안을 사먹어 보았습니다.

Just as expected, they reached a dramatic compromise under government mediation, which is a very common scenario. They push things to the extreme, like right before a strike, and then reach an agreement where both sides take a bit of practical gain.

The real problem is that this case spreads the perception among unions from the semiconductor industry to other sectors across society that 'performance bonuses must be given by the company as a given.' We're already seeing signs of this, and I think it's completely wrong and problem to the society.

<술취한김에 짧게 쓰는 삼성전자 노사문제 / 파업 관련 생각>

1. 과거 해외 국가들에서 노사 관련 실무를 담당하면서 수 없이 많은 강성노조들과 파업 사례를 겪었음.

우리나라에서는 상상도 할 수 없는 강성 노조들의 어두운 면들과 폭력/비폭력 파업 사태들을 직접 경험했고,

특정 국가에서는 한 회사 내 노조가 10개 이상 난립하면서 삼국지의 '군웅할거'처럼 노조 간 계략에 로비에 린치에 정치에 별의 별 일이 다있는 세력다툼의 난장판이었음.

2. 노사 중재 관련 회의만 수백 건 이상 진행하면서 지금 사태와 연결짓는 한가지 중요한 포인트는,

그 어떤 사례에서도 노조들이 회사에 '고정 성과급'을 요구한 적은 없었다는 것임.

그들도 '성과급 지급'의 이슈는 회사 재량이라는 것을 알기 때문임.

요구사항 안 들어주면 바로 일 내팽개쳐두고 일어나서 파업하고, 타이어 가져와서 불지르고, 물건 파손하고 하는데도 말이지.

(여기서 재밌는건 군중심리가 크다는 점. 몇몇 초반 주도자로 시작해서 대부분 아무 생각 없는 일반 노동자들이 참여하면서 집단 광기로 점점 번져가는 방식이 대부분임)

3. 국가에 따라 법적 차이는 일부 있지만 기본적으로 노동법은 노동자의 편임.

어지간하면 회사에서 최대한 질질 끌다가 져주는척 하면서 요구사항들 중 과한 부분들은 제외하고 들어줄 수 밖에 없음.

그럼에도 이번 사례는 노조가 과했고, 이미 국민들의 여론이나 정부의 힘을 등에 업지 못하고 있음.

마무리: 노조의 완벽 승리는 불가능하다 보며, 정부의 적극 중재 속에서 적당한 합의가 이루어질 것으로 예상함.

밋업을 잘 가지 않지만 가까운 장소에서 진행되었고, 가장 관심있는 프로젝트 중 하나여서 오랜만에 참석해 보았습니다.

가감없이 솔직하게 좋은 점 / 아쉬운 점 정리해 보았습니다.

Good:
- 뻔한 연사들의 발표 형식이 아닌, 지루하지 않도록 중간중간 청중들의 참여형으로 진행된 점

- 다양한 이벤트 구성, 스태프들의 친절함

- 단점이 될 수도 있는데, 식사 시간을 뒤쪽으로 배치하여 식사만 하러 오신 분들 먹튀(?) 방지

Bad:
- Luma 승인 단계에서 Fluffle 홀더, Echo/Sonar Presale 참여자들을 지갑인증 등을 통해 우선승인해주고, 행사 안에서도 별도 입장 줄을 서게 하거나 좋은 자리 등 좀 더 대접을 해주었으면 좋았을 듯 함.

- 일가족이 식사 및 굿즈 파밍을 위해 방문한 분들이 제법 보였음. Megaeth를 모르는 대중들에게 홍보하기 위한 목적이라면 잘못된 것은 아니라고 봄.

- 굿즈를 관리하는 분들 없이 알아서 개인이 집어가도록 하여 여러개씩 가져간 사람들이 있어보임. 뒤쪽에 오신 분들은 가방이 비어있거나 아무것도 못 받은 사람들이 있어보임.
