@I_am_a_gimp @tweeticizer @jeffkirkby @jeff_gluck I had pneumonia once. There are signs. A lingering cough lasting a couple weeks is one. I had fevers only at night and night sweats, chills. I thought I was just fighting something viral. Finally went to the doctor and had pneumonia.

@RPG1851 it’s different stages. With people who are ill you’re already starting the grieving stage before they pass. You’re accepting the outcome, making peace with the things they’ll never do or achieve. With someone passing suddenly you need to digest all that at once and it’s hard.
