@BBCNews Well I am shook. It was near impossible for us to cancel. Gave us several end dates but wouldn’t actually cancel. They lied again and again, cut off mid-call, transferred endlessly. Sky aren’t much different. We’re getting on fine with a freesat recorder, smart TV and streaming.
