@LloydLegalist If a church as a sermon series on "Being a better Christian" or "Find Jesus" I usually avoid.
While not bad topics to discuss, the pulpit is for Christ and His word.
Look for churches that preaches directly from scripture and has sermon series like "The Book of John".
@nikitabier@ABernNYC@disclosetv@SpaceflightNow Seeing this makes me reconsider getting the blue checkmark back.
I saw no purpose in even trying to begin monetizing curated digital content because it was always stolen.
@X I just might come back
@CasperOnChain This is how I became a home owner.
I was 21, and bought 2bed, 2bath condo + pool for $60k on a 30 year mortgage.
My electric bill was more than the mortgage.
@Imakatt Sounds super touristy: (fun)
- 🍕 will fill you so only get one slice if possible (so you have room for other stuff)
- Architecture tour (buy your ticket now)
- Millennium park and Mag Mile (free)
- don’t do a museum on a sunny day in the city
- get lost (north side) have fun!
Joined the club. (Had to buy)
Size matters (too small for my needs) I’ll be upset if the Model YL comes out soon.
3rd row sucks.
Otherwise I love everything else
@moflod@gabriel1@bryan_johnson I don’t see any mention of hipaa or phi data management. But the lab they use is CLIA.
They also haven’t proofread their own Terms of Services since 2024.
Only one chance in this lifetime…
Like watching sunset at the beach from the most foreign seat in the cosmos, I couldn’t resist a cell phone video of Earthset. You can hear the shutter on the Nikon as @Astro_Christina is hammering away on 3-shot brackets and capturing those exceptional Earthset photos through the 400mm lens. @AstroVicGlover was in window 3 watching with @Astro_Jeremy next to him.
I could barely see the Moon through the docking hatch window but the iPhone was the perfect size to catch the view…this is uncropped, uncut with 8x zoom which is quite comparable to the view of the human eye. Enjoy.
JUST IN: Workday claims updates to their product have been “too powerful” to be released to the public, has not changed its software since 1986 to protect humanity.
@GamewithDave I was taught to use `double space` after I complete a sentence when I was learning how to type on a computer. It wasn't until like 5 years ago I learned that:
- double space for typewriter
- single space for computer
I still use double space out of habit and feel like a dinosaur
