Who is Michael Chertoff?

Neocon Zionist Michael Chertoff, a dual US/Israeli citizen whose mother was purportedly an agent of Mossad, Israel's intelligence agency, has long-standing ties to the State of Israel and Israeli intelligence,

He was appointed by Bush to head the criminal division of the Department of Justice as Assistant Attorney General just prior to 9/11 serving from 2001 to 2003.

He personally supervised and controlled the entire FBI non-investigation of 9-11.

He also co-authored the Patriot Act, which, in many cases, stripped US citizens of many of their rights under the constitution.

Chertoff was the responsible person for the obstruction of justice and blocking access to the evidence since September 11, 2001.

Immediately after the collapse of the World Trade Center buildings whose debris field was the greatest crime scene in America history, in direct violation of protocol, Chertoff grossly contaminated the crime scene by ordering the entire area cordoned off and the steel shipped to China and sold at below market rates without critical forensic evidence having been collected at the crime scene.

Why?

On the morning of 9/11, five Israeli citizens were seen by a resident nearby dancing and celebrating alongside an Urban Moving van during the collapse of the Twin Towers as they filmed the event from the street.

The plate number was traced and around 4 p.m. on Sept. 11, the van was spotted on a service road off Route 3, near New Jersey's Giants Stadium. A police officer pulled the van over, finding five men, between 22 and 27 years old, in the vehicle. The men were taken out of the van at gunpoint and handcuffed by police.

The driver of the van, Sivan Kurzberg, told the officers, "We are Israeli. We are not your problem. Your problems are our problems. The Palestinians are the problem."

Two weeks after their arrest, an immigration judge ordered them to be deported but FBI and CIA officials in Washington put a hold on the case.

The five men were held in detention for more than two months. Some of them were placed in solitary confinement for 40 days, and some of them were given as many as seven lie-detector tests.

The men denied that they had been working for Israeli intelligence out of the New Jersey Urban moving company, and Ram Horvitz, their Israeli attorney, dismissed the allegations as "stupid and ridiculous." Israeli and Chertoff/U.S. Justice department officials worked out a deal — and after 71 days, the five Israelis were taken out of jail, put on a plane, and deported back home.

Why?

Upon return to Israel, these men appeared on a TV talk show in November 2001 where they openly admitted that they were sent to the states prior to September 11th to film the event.

After Chertoff's departure from the Department of Justice, he was appointed by Bush to serve as the second Secretary of Homeland Security after Tom Ridge.

Upon retirement from government, Chertoff went to work as a consultant to Rapiscan, the company that produced the full body scan X-ray equipment used at airports to screen passengers.
