When the store support finally got out of the way and left the 3rd xbox support agent alone to help. After a few things were tried, they settled on providing a 7 day trial and they said turning on recurring billing. The trial has now expired and the subscription did not renew.

I have been round and round in circles with the support AI chatbot, it did not understand my issue and point blank refused to let me talk to a human. So, I resorted to calling Microsoft store support, who proceeded to call xbox support and then have disagreements with 2 agents.
