@KFC_UKI_Help Sat in a queue (me and 1 other car) for 18 mins, no answer at Drive Thru so went to window - Waited, finally told, that it’s not his fault that no one answered as he only started 6 mins ago! Then told a further 12 mins wait as they had no chicken on the bone! 30 min

@TicketsServices Your Customer Service is absolutely shocking - I’m currently on hold because your Assistant on the telephone said he can not deal with my query and will put me on hold until I hang up!! This was after already been on the telephone for 1 HOUR!!
