I saw this in a just-finished commercial project in the DC area (the work was done by a different company).

It’s a Lutron Pico with a wallbox adapter and Claro wall plate. Definitely the right solution, and Lutron makes solid technology that we use everyday. Just a sloppy installer with no attention to detail 🤨
