@TennisPointUK Do you think it is acceptable for a customer to place a tennis shoes order, to then receive what looks like the correct ordered size on the box, but the actual size of the shoes inside is incorrect - this has happened with my last TWO orders!

@TennisPointUK PS: Having returned the 2nd pair I contacted your CS department to complain-all they have offered is a pre-paid postage label to send the item back (I advised I had already sent the item back - no use to me!) Would have been nice to offer a voucher or something by way of apology?

@VirginAtlantic@richardbranson I’m abroad in Barbados at the moment so can’t phone, can’t you just confirm if you have 110/220V power sockets somewhere available when flying premium economy on one of your A330-300 aircraft or just usb sockets to charge mobile phones?

@VirginAtlantic@richardbranson Also despite being advertised, I was unable to find a 110/240V socket anywhere around our premium economy seats on one of your A330-300 aircraft from Manchester to Barbados. Is it correct you only have low power usb sockets that can charge only phones (not iPads etc)?

@DK1_DK1@virginmedia 100% agree with you, I also work from home, internet goes off... my contact details are up to date and no notification from Virgin with regards to any 'planned works'? If I had known I could worked from a different location today. Really poor service from Virgin.
