@amazon pulling the rug out from under expecting parents with their registry change is so incredibly disappointing. Somehow, I am not surprised considering how expecting and new parents are treated and supported in general.

@AmazonHelp Yes, contacted Amazon twice, had it escalated and was told “I can only take feedback”. No changes, credits or any other solution could be offered.

To parents out there who waited patiently for, and relied heavily on this benefit, I see you and I empathize with you. @amazon, you can do better and you SHOULD do better.

Why are we taking benefits AWAY from expecting parents; from pregnant individuals who are already vulnerable and have to advocate for themselves so much already. And the customer service associates have been instructed to essentially “take feedback only”.
