Lee Garner re-elected today to be our Chair. With @LSTENLeeds CEO Carl Harrison as new Vice Chair, LAPA will continue to improve quality & outcomes for children in Leeds AP. A huge THANK YOU to Jo Pittard for her inspirational leadership as V/Chair 20/21- big shoes to fill Carl!

2020/21 has been a challenging time. As we prepare for next year, we’re reflecting on our work and key achievements over the previous 14 months

LAPA will return in Sept 2021, with a renewed focus on improving the Quality of Education for Leeds children in Alternative Provision.

Our Chair, Lee Garner, recently visited @carr_manor and their newly opened ASC resourced provision; meeting teachers & support staff who provide daily care, education, health and therapy for children with an Autistic Spectrum Condition.

Pleased that LAPA were able to support this new primary AP school in East Leeds with some furniture to get it ready for the first cohort of KS2 children. Thanks @CarlWHarrison
