Yes this is so true and now DWP are demanding unpaid carers pay back money they say was overpaid to them. If you earn 10 pence more in one week than the 120 pound allowed you have to pay the whole weeks allowance back.

Angered & concerned by findings from #UN, in relation to extreme levels of #poverty in #UK. Over 14 million people living in poverty, 1.5. million of those are completely destitute. Social isolation/loneliness have increased & affected by austerity measures. This needs to change.

Er? In the UK we're told an internal automatic ramp for trains isn't possible, yet here in Paris here they are.
This station is about to have it's platform lowered to allow the ramp to deploy too.
