Watched @lyddtownfc reserves play today. A proper nice club. Tidy ground and the staff, second to none. Thank you for making me feel welcome. Support football at every level.
Stayed at @NYHiltonMidtown Room was a disgrace: peeling headboard, broken wardrobe door, torn wallpaper, scuffed walls, musky smell. Wi-Fi barely worked. Then a surprise luggage fee on checkout. @Hilton@HiltonHelp response so far is unacceptable @nyctourism#Hilton#HotelFail
@SkyHelpTeam@MoneySavingExp Currently paying £63.50. End of contract “deal”? £120. I say I’ll leave — suddenly it’s £80 & I’m told I should be grateful it’s not £120. Incredible customer service: raise the price, offer a worse one, then act like you’ve done me a favour. Bargain!
@VodafoneUK But you’ve told me you can’t do anything. You need to pass to sales. You have enough information to pass to sales. If they need more I’ll share directly. Not wasting my time if you can’t help. Pass to sales or don’t. If you don’t, I get a new deal with @O2. Simple really.
@VodafoneUK I can get a new sim only deal through @UswitchUK - £8 for 30gb but as an existing customer of 15 years…. computer says no…. unless I want a new number. Best is £21. @O2 through @UswitchUK will let me transfer my number and charge me £7.99. @MoneySavingExp
@VodafoneUK But you personal just told me no. As did 191. So what’s the point in DM’ing? For me to get the deal offered through uSwitch I need a new account and number. But the same deal with O2 and I keep my number.
@VodafoneUK “If you're looking to get the best possible deal, and are interested on the new customer offers. Then you'll have to create a new customer account to be eligible for these.” Create a new account and get a new number. So that’s a no to 15 years of loyalty.
@thameswater Already contacted you. Was told £14 was calculated by meter reading (makes sense) but no real explanation why on the exact same page you ask for £32. Apparently I need a new meter reading & it will fix everything. Except the inefficiency & confusion with the letter.
@MoneySavingExp@thameswater has reduced my DD from £45 per month to £14 due to being £428 in credit. But on the same page tell me I’m not paying enough and should increase my payment.
