@jamestoml1 @bmj_latest As with all this stuff, a one size fits all approach won’t work. I think working in more than one centre is very important for learning/experience etc. For smaller specialties eg Cardiac / Transplant and those with niche sub specialty areas eg plastics you will have to travel.

@willgkelleher @TimesSport Sell tickets to genuine rugby fans, and reduce the sterile, corporate atmosphere that has become pervasive.
Far too many tickets are given to people who have no genuine interest but are just there on a corporate jolly.

@drphilhammond Previously, I think so many saw it as a vocation that they allowed it to destroy them. Now more see it as a job and leave before it destroys them. I don’t blame them, but I wish we could get to a place where medicine as a vocation was a healthy place for the majority.
