I’m not usually one to complain, but I’m very unhappy with the service I received yesterday seeing as I’m paying a lot for my breakdown cover.

So yesterday, just as I entered the M6, I noticed my car would not pick up speed above 30 and would not go above 3rd gear.

Close to 5 hours for what should have been an hour and 10/15 minute journey.

Bear in mind I saw smoke coming from my car, so I was terrified to turn the car on for heat/phone charging. The fact that I had to ring for a second tow truck is diabolical - if I hadn’t chased this..
