@seuterkoitar Skirk’s rift can proc from superconduct and cryo swirl/crystallize not just freeze. You just don’t get the boost from only hydro and cryo units

@ShimetsuOni So funny thing is that skirk can technically work in superconduct and cryo swirl/crystallize as it does still proc her rifts, just not the talent buffing.

The core idea of the system is that you can flavour stuff however you like with custom weapons, armour, skills and tools that can be made to your liking.

Hoyoverse has started rolling out a beta launcher for their games* putting them together in one launcher. Main perk currently is not needing to open multiple launchers thus only needing to allow administrator once rather than multiple times.
