After loosing nearly 4 stone and getting 4 weeks into the #couchto5k my back has decided it doesn’t like my lighter weight and fitness regime! Hopefully physio will be able to sort it so I can get back to work 🚑🚑

@simontutt88 @elsdxs Just to play devils advocate though. Is it worth SAH/ meningitis etc waiting 6/7+ hours for an ambulance or would it be ?safer and/or reduce “time to treatment” by getting family/ friend to transfer to ED?
